Exchange/ Refund policy
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories have been delivered, please contact us by email with photo of the damaged or faulty item(s). Please do this as soon as possible but within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
If you have problem with a product over 10 days after delivery, please contact KENTEX CRAFT LTD. Customer Service.
- Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
- The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
- 10-day Refund is not applicable to product that has undergone any repair.
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund. After confirmation of refund, it takes about 4-6 weeks to transfer the payment to the applied PayPal account.
- 10-day Refund is not applicable for refund request based on personal preference only.
- KENTEX reserve the final right of determination.
Any order may be canceled prior to delivery of the products, please contact KENTEX CRAFT LTD. Customer Service. KENTEX reserves the right to charge a cancellation admin fee (20% of order amount) will be entitled after credit clear.
