Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between buyer and seller. Customers should understand and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order.
2. How to Order and Delivery
2.1 Customer detail is required.
In accordance with the terms and conditions, customers are required to provide accurately their details on the order form. We will not be obligated to accept unless all requested details on the order forms have been correctly entered.
2.2 Confirmation Email
Once the transactions or orders have completed, confirmation e-mails will be automatically sent to customers. In the unlikely events, if we are not able to fulfill order due to items being out of stock, we will notify the customer by e-mail within 3 working days and the transaction may be cancelled or alternative arrangements will be offered for customers.
2.3 Orders Delivery
Normally, all orders will be shipped out within 10 working days. If any delay occurs, we will notify customers by e-mail immediately. At the same, we will offer customers other options to re-arrange the shipment at convenient date.
Furthermore, customers do not receive the items within 15 days after placing the order. Please contact us by e-mail with order number and customers’ full name.
3. Shipping and Handling Charge
The shipping and handling charge are calculated and shown on the order form prior to executing the purchases. This charge will be settled together with the total amount of the ordered merchandises.
3.1 Pick up in store
Please collect your purchased item(s) at KENTEX CRAFT LTD. Customer Service Center. If you have not collected the item(s) within 20 days starting from the date of “Order Confirmation”, KENTEX will try to contact and remind you to pick up that item(s) within the designated period. In case you have not picked up the product within the period mentioned on the “Order Confirmation” email, your order will be cancelled and KENTEX reserves the right to charge a cancellation admin fee (40% of order amount) will be entitled after credit clear.
4. Payment
4.1 Currency
The currency we used for pricing all items are either USD.
4.2 Payment Method
We accept PayPal, customers are required to provide accurate information for Paypal account details and being a buyer, you would be the Paypal account holder and have enough money for your purchase.
4.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped oversea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Kentex Craft Ltd. has no control over these charges, nor can Kentex Craft Ltd. predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customer should contact the local customs office for more information. It can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimation, when customs clearance procedures are required.
5. Custom Duties and Export Certificate
Our prices with the shipping and handling charges do not include any import tax, value tax, custom handling fee or any other types of additional fees, which certain countries or regions are required to pay. Customers will be responsible for these charges.
6. Return and Exchanges
All merchandizes will be fully checked before delivery. In the unlikely case, if customers receive defective or wrong items, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of shipment by e-mail in “CONTACT US”. Any delay is subject to own discretion.
6.1 Returned or Exchanged Merchandizes
To arrange returned items, customers have to contact our customer service department by e-mail in “CONTACT US” and provide us with necessary information. For more detail, please see the 6.3 for instruction of e-mail. We will issue a return/exchange authorization numbers that must be displayed on the outside of package when returned to us. Any returns without return/exchange authorization number will not be accepted.
Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any lost packages. The customers should use insured mail to send back the returned or exchanged merchandizes.
6.2 Refund Policy
Once we have received the confirmed returned-items, the items are defective as manufacturing fault and do not use before with original packaging. The refund for the items, except for the shipping charges paid before, will be credited back customers.
6.3 Shipment Cost reimburse only for wrong items.
The shipment cost reimburse to the customers only when the wrong items need to send back to us for exchange for the correct ones. Please follow the shipping method we request to arrange. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the shipment charge.
6.4 Instruction of Creating Return/Exchange E-mail.
Please write “return/exchange” in the top of the e-mail and send in “CONTACT US”. In the body of the e-mail, please give the first and last name and invoice number. If customers request for exchange, please give the style, quantity and size customers would like to receive in exchange. Once we receive return/exchange e-mail, we will inform customers the detail with address within 2 working days.
7. Others
7.1 Information on Website
We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. Nevertheless, we will not be liable for any errors or omissions, which happen accidentally. We will use all reasonable endeavors to correct errors and omission quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.
